Hi, I’m Mehdi. When you come home hungry from school, instead of reaching for junk food, make a quick pizza snack.
You want to take some whole wheat pitas and some pizza sauce. Just pour a couple spoonfuls on those. Just spread it out. Next, you want to put some low-fat mozzarella cheese. Add a little bit more and also some Parmesan. Adding 2 cheeses really gives it a nice depth of flavor. Add a little bit more mozzarella and Parmesan. You can add any toppings you want, like mushrooms, olives, spinach. Make it your own.
Into the toaster oven we go. You want to toast that at 350° for 10 minutes. The cheese is perfectly melted; you’re good to go.
